Mayrene T. Earle and eight other masters rowers at MIT in Cambridge,
Massachusetts, for an intimate five-day training retreat.

Row twice daily
on the Charles, a river rich in rowing history, with the Harvard campus and
Boston skyline as backdrops.

Receive focused,
supportive coaching from Mayrene Earle, six-time New England Collegiate Coach
of the Year. Also, expert coxing by a former NEMAC MVP. Improve your
technique. Gain confidence. Make new friends.

Land sessions
include video analysis, instruction in nutrition, weight training, rigging and
training programs.

at the four-star Hotel at MIT.
