I invite
youto join with other rowers for a series of erg coaching sessions by
phone. You'll experience the benefits of professional coaching –
including workout designs, motivation, instruction and feedback –
and the support and accountabilitiy of other rowers.
It's

Workout
Days and Times (Eastern)

Tuesday/Thursday – 7:00-8:00 a.m.
•
Tuesday/Thursday – 8:30-9:30 a.m.
•
Tuesday/Thursday – 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Join
ANY time!
How
it works:
1.
You receive your workout by email 1-2 days in advance, so you can look
it over and email with questions.
2.
Check-in: You call in at a designated hour before you work out. During
a 5 to 10 minute conference call, I'll give you coaching tips, motivation
and answer questions.
3.
We hang up, and you spend the next 40 minutes doing your erg workout,
while your virtual teammates do the same.
4.
Check-out: After your workout, you call back and report on your experience.
You'll receive feedback and encouragement from me and from your virtual
workout buddies.
SIGN
UP by emailing mayrene@masterscoaching.com. Write "Erg
Workout" in the subject line, and indicate which calls youwish
to join. Include your name, address and phone. You will recieve a confirmation
and a phone number to call. Your only phone costs are those charged
by your long distance carrier for a domestic call. Payment of $20 per
week (payable by check) is due prior to the call. Sessions are limited
to 8 rowers.
